      So soothing!

      The best milky toner

      This toner feels super hydrating and gives my oily, acne-prone skin a nice glow without feeling greasy. The texture is milky and rich but sinks in fast. My skin feels soft and plump after using it. I like that it has gentle exfoliating ingredients so it’s okay for daily use. I think it’s helping support my skin barrier, especially after using acne treatments. I usually just use one light layer to add moisture. I haven’t noticed it causing breakouts. I even skip moisturizer sometimes after using it. This is the best milky toner option out there!

      Love the moisture
